How the automation works
Your system triggers, Secure-Exchanges secures, and your system is informed at every step. No one has to intervene.
-
01
An event occurs
An invoice is approved, a file is closed or a document is ready in your ERP, your CRM or your line-of-business software.
-
02
API call
Your application sends the message, the files and the recipients to Secure-Exchanges.
-
03
Encrypted delivery
The message and attachments are encrypted end to end, then sent to the recipient.
-
04
Review and signature
The client opens the secure message, reviews the documents and signs electronically if needed.
-
05
Status update
A webhook notifies your system in real time: received, opened, signed.
-
06
Archiving and update
Documents are archived in César and the status is updated automatically in your system.
What the Secure-Exchanges API enables
The same functions as in Outlook or Gmail, triggered by your applications.
Send encrypted messages
Notices, statements and confidential communications sent automatically, encrypted end to end.
Transfer files
Invoices, contracts and reports attached to the message, never as an unencrypted attachment.
Request signatures
A document generated by your system goes straight out for e-signature.
Track statuses
Received, opened, signed: your application is notified and updates the file.
Archive in César
Messages and signed documents automatically retained on your César server.
Integrate with your tools
ERP, CRM, document management, client portal, JRose, TIB Finance or custom software.
An automation use case for every organization
Wherever a system produces confidential information, secure delivery can go out on its own.
Accounting firms
Approved financial statements go out for signature, then come back filed in the client’s record.
Insurance offices
Every policy issued or renewed is sent encrypted to the policyholder, with tracking of when it is viewed.
Law firms
Mandate agreements created in the management software are sent for signature, then archived.
Notaries
Draft deeds and powers of attorney sent to clients for review and signature, with status tracking.
IT services
Access credentials, temporary passwords and sensitive reports sent by script, never in clear text.
Any organization that exchanges confidential information
Pay statements and HR contracts sent encrypted as soon as they are produced, with no intervention.
