ERP and manufacturing

Your plants, connected from order to delivery

HDCE connects your ERP to the plant floor (production, inventory, quality, maintenance and accounting) and automates what slows your teams down.

One order, tracked end to end

From the customer order to the executive dashboards, each step feeds the next with no re-entry. In parallel, AI monitors the machines and sends maintenance back to planning.

Our services

What we do in manufacturing plants

From the office to the plant floor, we connect the systems you already have and add what is missing, one step at a time.

  • ERP integration

Implementation, migration or modernization of your ERP, and connectors to your existing systems: SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Acumatica or others.

    Platforms listed as examples only.

  • Connection to the plant floor

MES, PLCs, sensors and IoT: machine data flows into your systems, with no re-entry and no spreadsheets.

  • Planning and scheduling

Production plans that account for real capacity, materials and priorities, and adjust when reality changes.

  • Inventory, barcodes and traceability

Receipts, transfers and consumption by barcode scanning; lot traceability from raw material all the way to the customer.

  • Quality and non-conformances

Inspection plans, measurements, non-conformances and corrective actions, linked to the work order and the lot.

  • Preventive and predictive maintenance (AI)

Maintenance schedules, work orders and AI models that spot equipment drift before it fails.

  • Dashboards and KPIs

OEE, yield, scrap and lead times: KPIs drawn from the same data as production.

  • Supplier and customer portals

Orders, confirmations, shipping notices and documents shared online with your partners.

  • Accounting and payment integration

Invoicing, receivables and payables, reconciliation and payments connected to your ERP, including with TIB Finance.

  • Sovereign hosting in Quebec

Your production data stays in Canada: in our data centres in Quebec or on your own servers.

Our approach

How we go about it

A plant does not stop for an IT project. Our approach follows your production rhythm.

Planner in front of three production dashboard screens, with the plant visible behind the glass
  1. Diagnostic on the plant floorWe spend time in the plant with your teams to understand the real flows, the systems in place and the pain points.
  2. Architecture and choicesWhat we keep, what we connect, what we replace: clear options, with their trade-offs.
  3. Step-by-step integration, without stopping productionPhased rollout alongside your current systems, with cutovers scheduled outside critical periods.
  4. Team trainingTraining tailored to each role, from the plant floor to the office, plus go-live support.
  5. Follow-up and continuous improvementKPI monitoring, adjustments and new automations over time.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to change ERPs?

Not necessarily. We often start from the ERP you already have and connect it to the rest of the plant. If your system no longer keeps up with your needs, we help you assess the options and plan a migration, without bias.

Can older machines be connected?

Often, yes. Depending on the equipment, we can read data from the PLC, add sensors or install a data collection box. The plant floor diagnostic confirms what is feasible for each machine.

Where is the data hosted?

In Canada, in our data centres in Quebec, or on your own servers, depending on your requirements. You stay in control of your production data.

How long does an integration take?

It depends on the scope: the number of sites, systems and machines to connect. We move in stages, each delivering a usable result, and we set the timeline with you after the diagnostic.
